Vinificazion
Immediate pressing and dripping of the grapes. Must
flower undergo to fermentation in thermoconditioned
tanks at a very low temperature (13-16°) and purposely
selected yeasts are added.

Aroma: soft and fruity.
Flavour: sapid and persistent.
